Dozens of services are available for young people in acquiring a profession and a language, finding employment, and entrepreneurship. To use these services on the basis of the “single window” principle, Youth hubs are being established. This experience, beginning in Surkhandarya, will gradually be popularized in other regions as well.

Currently, of the 87 thousand civil servants, 16.5 thousand are people under the age of 30. Of these, 902 hold managerial positions.

To this end, the “TOP-100” programme for identifying young leaders will be implemented in 5 areas. Within the framework of the programme, an open competition will be announced in the fields of the “new economy”, IT and artificial intelligence, education, medicine and agriculture for young people in our country and for our compatriots abroad.

The 100 winners of this competition, held once every two years, will each be awarded 50 million soums and appointed to a managerial position.

Each ministry and sector will launch the “TOP-100 Talented Youth” programme in its own field and send them on internships to international organizations in its field.

The responsible officials were instructed to approve and ensure the implementation of a plan to send 2 thousand young people on internships to international organizations annually.
