🟢THE BUKHARA CITY STAGE OF THE “BEST DIRECTOR OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION” REVIEW-COMPETITION WAS HELD

🔆In the city of Bukhara, the city stage of the “Best Director of a Preschool Education Organization” review-competition was held with the aim of raising the professional potential of managers in the preschool education system, popularizing advanced management experience, and further enhancing the quality of education and upbringing.

➡️During the competition, the participants demonstrated their management activities, modern management approaches, experience in effectively managing the teaching staff, innovative ideas, as well as promising projects aimed at developing the preschool education organization.

🔵The main goal of this competition is to encourage the professional skills of the heads of preschool education organizations, to popularize advanced work experience, and to support effective initiatives that serve to bring the quality of education to a new stage.

⚡️According to the conclusions of the jury, the winners were determined as follows:

✅1st place — Aziza Barotova, director of state preschool education organization No. 14 in the city of Bukhara;
✅ 2nd place — Madina Habibova, director of state preschool education organization No. 64 in the city of Bukhara;
✅ 3rd place — Mehriniso G'ulamova, director of state preschool education organization No. 47 in the city of Bukhara.
