❗️ Are you aware that the “Social Activity Index” module has been launched in the HEMIS information system!?

➡️ Now, not only students’ academic performance in class but also their social activity in the life of the institute will be assessed through a digital system.

♻️ The procedure for using the system is very simple:

1️⃣ Log in to the my.hemis.uz platform or the HEMIS mobile app;
2️⃣ Select the “Social Activity” section from the menu;
3️⃣ Click the create application button 👆and upload documents confirming your activity.

‼️ A maximum of 20 points is awarded for the social activity index. A student’s activity is assessed on the basis of a 100-point criterion across the following 9 areas:

💬 Reading culture, participation in the “5 important initiatives”, volunteer work, subject olympiads and competitions, visits to theatres and museums, sports and a healthy lifestyle, full attendance at classes, compliance with academic discipline, “Enlightenment lessons” and other events.

🧠 The information you enter is reviewed and approved by the institute tutor. Attendance and academic performance results are generated automatically through the HEMIS system.
